One (1) scheduled 60-minute coaching session per week, conducted in person or virtually, focused on reducing noise, creating clarity, and driving progress across Brand, Leadership, and Strategy. Sessions are structured around current priorities, decision-making, and accountability.
Growth Readiness & Scale Support
Session Structure & Focus
Weekly sessions may include progress review, issue identification, strategic discussion, leadership development, and next-step planning. The agenda is flexible and adapts to the evolving needs of the business, ensuring time is spent on the highest-impact topics.
Guidance to ensure leadership, systems, and strategic priorities are aligned and capable of supporting sustainable growth.
Noise Reduction & Focused Execution
Identification and removal of distractions, inefficiencies, and misaligned efforts so attention is directed to the work that most directly supports business health and growth.
Ongoing Access to Coach
Reasonable access to the coach between sessions via phone or virtual communication for time-sensitive questions, clarification, and decision support, helping maintain momentum and avoid delays.
Clarity in Leadership & Direction
Support in defining roles, expectations, decision authority, and accountability to strengthen leadership effectiveness and reduce reliance on the owner for day-to-day decisions.
