How It Works
Greater confidence in your Leadership Authority
Before: You will be given a short thought exercise, sent 3 to 5 days ahead, comparing your first team meeting as a leader with your most recent one. It takes 10 to 15 minutes.
During: You attend a two hours, live on Google Meet. You receive the participant workbook. You will reflect, practice, and work through real situations. This is not a lecture.
After: You will receive A personal recording of the session, and short follow-up emails over 60 days to help you put your plan into practice.
